Refund eligibility
We can only issue a refund within 7 days of purchase, and only if the voucher has not yet been activated. Once a voucher has been activated by selecting a hotel and travel dates, it is no longer eligible for a refund through Travel Panda.
After activation
Once a reservation is activated with the partner resort, refunds or changes are governed by that resort's cancellation policy. Please contact the resort directly for any modification requests.
Resort taxes & fees
Resort taxes and fees (typically $194.74 per booking) are paid directly to the resort at registration. They are not collected by Travel Panda, so any refund for resort taxes and fees must be requested directly with the resort during registration.
How to request a refund
Call our agents at 1-855-768-0094 or email info@travelpanda.co with your booking reference. Refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days and, if approved, returned to your original payment method.
